What is the difference between a normal tooth and an implant? What is the critical size? Why do implants avoid resorption, and give us more esthetic? How is it possible to do an extraction, place an implant, bone augmentation all in the same day, and have a beautiful esthetic. And, for a full year no resorption? Various special implant types will also be discussed.
