Prior to founding Qube Learning, Mr. Kimball was the Global Director of Sales & Marketing for the Financial Advisory Services division of Coopers & Lybrand, one of the Big 6 Professional Services firms. Prior to that, Mr. Kimball rose through the ranks at Citibank from the position of National Account Manager, to become the youngest Vice President in the history of the bank. While at Citibank, he hired, trained, and led his sales team to dominate their market in the U.S., Europe, Middle-East, and Africa. In his first year at Citibank, Mr. Kimball was responsible for bringing in more than $70 billion in payment processing. In addition, he has held executive management positions with Bank of America and GE Capital. A trusted advisor to many Global 1000 CEOs and executives, Mr. Kimball has written more than a dozen books and published numerous articles on topics as diverse as Visionary Business Planning to High Performance Leadership to Interactive Game-Based Learning Methodology. His unique ability to blend his extensive business experience with research-based performance models, learning games, and fun, interactive presentations, makes him a frequent invitee and encore presenter at such prestigious events as the Seattle Study Club Annual Symposium, The Nobel Biocare World Conference, the International Society of Performance Improvement Annual Conference, the American Society of Training and Development, Sales and Marketing Management, the Association for Quality and Participation Annual, and the North American Simulation and Gaming Association.
